I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and in great shape with nice linens on the bed and exceptionally clean, but I felt they were not worth the high price charged. On the bright side, I had perfect access to the shower and a nice high toilet. The service was top-notch with helpful staff providing great recommendations for restaurants and fulfilling all my food desires. The location was superb, close to restaurants, shopping, and the Salem Civic Center for the wrestling state championship competition. However, the dining experience was bland and unappealing, leaving much to be desired. Despite this, the facilities were impressive, making my stay fairly comfortable.

While the location was convenient for our needs and the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, the room had some drawbacks with noise issues and lacking basic amenities.
